A bank can only offer you its own products. We compare options from many lenders, match you to the one that fits, and handle the paperwork with them for you. In practice, that looks like this:

1. We review your income, credit, down payment and goals.
2. We shop your file to lenders and compare rates, terms and penalties, not just the headline rate.
3. We get you approved and keep you posted at every stage, through to closing.
4. We stay in touch, so you are never surprised at renewal.

For most residential mortgages, the lender pays us, not you.

FAQ

Is a mortgage broker better than going to my bank?
A broker compares many lenders, including the big banks, credit unions and monoline lenders. Your bank can only offer its own products.

Does using a mortgage broker cost me anything?
For most residential purchases, renewals and refinances, the lender pays the broker.

Can you help if I have been turned down by my bank?
Often, yes. Different lenders have different rules, and we know which ones fit which situations.
