Trevor Yerema has been in the financial services industry since 1998. Prior to founding Advanced Mortgage, he held the role of “Platinum Level Senior Mortgage Associate” with TD Canada Trust. This saw Trevor focus on builder, realtor, and financial planner mortgage solutions. Trevor’s time at TD as a personable and client-oriented Mortgage Associate placed him in the top two percent nationwide for 5 consecutive years. Before TD, Trevor worked with HSBC Finance and aided clients with debt consolidation and refinancing while providing education and training to his staff and clients alike.

Based in both Calgary and The Kootenays, Trevor leverages his extensive industry experience knowledge in mortgage structuring, business development, mentoring, and management to lead Advanced Mortgage in being the #1 choice for residential mortgages in Western Canada. He is passionate and persistent about staying ahead of industry trends and gaining access to suitable lending products and resources to meet his clients’ needs.
