Vince comes to Advanced Mortgage with over 15 years of experience in accounting and market analysis. He has a keen eye for detail, understands the bank lending rules and requirements, and holds a service first mentality. Vince is fluent in 3 languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of the mortgage world, he is a strong believer of Family First as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle through his multiple commitments in track and field and fitness. Vince’s main role with Advanced Mortgage is to train and develop new agents and to help established agents streamline their process through better understanding of deal flow and technical knowledge.
